Better Balance through Embodying Embryological Structures
Early in the embryological process, we are a two-layer disc. We have a front body and a back body. The front body gives rise to our yolk sac (gut tube and nourishment). Our bock body gives rise to our amniotic cavity (nervous system and protection).
Even though the structures no longer exist in their embryological form, they are still informing our body and consciousness.
Embodying our yolk sac and amniotic cavity offer us support in front bending, back bending, and in balancing.
