Shipping Physical Products
Order typically ship in 1-4 business days after they have been received. In the checkout process, shipping times refer to how long the package will take once it's been sent.
Within the United States:
All orders will be shipped through the US Postal Service. You have the option to choose either Media Mail or Priority Mail. Media Mail typically takes 2-8 business days. This may take longer during the holidays and for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska. Priority Mail typically takes about 2-3 business days.
Outside the United States:
All books and DVDs will be sent by Airmail. Delivery time varies and depends on the destination.
Customs regulations vary by country. If your order is being shipped outside the U.S., please check your country's regulations to see if you will be required to pay any import duties when your order arrives.
Orders sent by Priority Mail International or Priority Mail Express International can be tracked outside the United States. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to online tracking. Once a package arrives in a country outside the US, delivery is taken over by the local postal service. If you have a question about where your package is after it arrives in your country, please contact your local postal service and give them the tracking number you receive from us when your order is shipped.
There is no shipping charge for streaming videos and eBooks.
Books and DVDs may be returned within 14 days of the date you received your order. They must be unopened and in unused/new condition. DVDs must still be in their original, unopened plastic wrap. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please contact our office first before returning any item.
