I invite you to join me in exploring the embodiment of cellular consciousness. Bringing to consciousness our cellular process awakens our cells to the choices they are making and their patterns of expression and communication.
They are relieved of the patterns of control exerted upon them by the nervous system. Through this awareness, we gain deep insights and a more expansive experience of ease and comfort.
Nervous system learning is equally important but, in our culture, it has been the major vehicle of learning without acknowledging the innate spontaneous and intuitive cellular knowing.
This course integrates the languaging of the nervous system from the outside with a personal knowing arising from our own internal experience.
