Sometimes our emails end up in spam and promotions folders rather than inboxes. Please check your junk, spam, and promotion folders regularly for email from us.
ATTENDING LIVE CLASSES
These classes are hosted through Zoom in a webinar format. We will send you a personal link to join the class about 24 hours and 2 hours before each class begins. Each class will have a different link.
We simultaneously broadcast the class on YouTube Live. If you have any issues in Zoom, or do not like to use Zoom, you can attend the class on YouTube Live. We will include the YouTube Live link when we send you the Zoom link.
Classes are held in a webinar format which means only Bonnie and her team's audio and webcams will be enabled. Although we (and other participants) won't be able to see or hear you, we love the communal engagement that happens through the chat.
There is now an option to turn on automated captions in many languages in Zoom during the live classes.
Automated caption translation can be enabled through the following steps:
- Click on the CC Show captions icon to enable captions
- Click on the upward arrow next to the CC icon
- Enable Translation
- Select the translation language
We recommend you wear comfortable clothing. Bonnie often sits on a ball while teaching. A ball is not necessary for class – you can participate anywhere, in any position, in stillness, in movement, in silence, with sound and vocalization.
Pay attention to what your needs are. Modulate your energy, attention, and focus to what you are needing in each moment.
CHAT AND COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
The Zoom and YouTube Live chats will be enabled for the 2026 Spring Series live classes.
The chat is a social place for public discussion of the material Bonnie presents.
Please treat discussions with the same respect you would if you were having them face-to-face. The chat and other spaces related to this Series are shared community resources.
In abiding by the following guidelines, we can all work together to keep this a safe space for everyone no matter their race, creed, religion, age, ability, gender, political affiliations, or nationality.
- The chat is a place for you to share with Bonnie and other participants your experience with the material being presented in class.
- Advertising or promoting your classes, events, services, websites, books, videos, etc. in the chat is not permitted.
- We are a community of learners with a common interest in the body-mind relationship through movement, touch, and consciousness – please keep comments and discussions supportive and focused on helping each other in these explorations.
- It is not a forum for political, social, or religious issues.
- This space is a sanctuary for all participants. Please treat everyone with respect.
Participants who are unable to stay within these guidelines will be removed from the live class. They will still be able to access the classes through the recordings.
Reading the full Zoom and YouTube Live chats after the class is over — reading about your experience of the material during class, your questions, comments, etc. — allows Bonnie to connect with participants and better prepare for the next class. It also brings her great joy!
The chat is a space for sharing your experiences, thoughts, and questions about the material Bonnie is presenting. Thank you for respecting and following our community guidelines to collectively keep it a safe space for everyone.
We encourage you to communicate respectfully with Bonnie and each other through the chat. As we aren’t able to be with each other in person, it’s a wonderful way to connect with each other in class if you want to.
The Zoom chat will be made available to participants of Bonnie's 2026 Spring Series as downloadable documents.
SENDING MESSAGES AND HIDING ZOOM CHAT POPUPS
Sending Messages in the Zoom chat:
- If you would like to share something with the entire group, choose Everyone in the drop down menu in chat before you send your message.
- If you would like to share something with just panelists (Bonnie and her team), choose Hosts and panelists in the drop down menu in chat before you send your message.
If you prefer not to see the Zoom chat message popup notifications, you can hide them by clicking on the ^ option next to the chat button and unchecking "Show Chat Previews".

In addition to hosting classes on Zoom, we simultaneously broadcast them on YouTube Live. Please choose which platform works best for you.
If you are unable to hide the Zoom chat, we recommend going to the class on YouTube Live.

COURSES
Embodied Anatomy and the Axial Skeleton
Embodying the bones and joints of the axial skeleton (central core). This course is one of a series of three videos on the Skeletal System including Lower Limbs, Upper Limbs, and Axial Skeleton. It presents key Body-Mind Centering® principles that bring ease, flexibility, and strength by embodying the bones and joints of the axial skeleton (central core) — spine and skull — through movement and consciousness.
Embodied Anatomy and the Lower Limbs
Embodying the bones and joints of the lower limbs from the feet to the pelvic bones.
Embodied Anatomy and the Upper Limbs
Embodying the bones and joints of the upper limbs from the hands to the shoulder girdle and ribs.
Basic Neurocellular Patterns
The Basic Neurocellular Patterns (BNP) are a series of automatic movement sequences that normally emerge and ideally integrate through infancy. They have a global influence on our physical, perceptual, emotional, and cognitive functioning. The BNP shape how we bond, defend, learn, organize, and sequence information, and how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world. Done in sequences, they can also form the basis for a deep and ongoing personal movement practice. Revisiting these patterns and exploring them as adults can be eye-opening, transformational, and life-changing. Who we are as a person has a lot to do with how we experience ourselves through movement.
Cultivating Breath – Illuminating Mind: Breathing Practices to Embody Ease, Presence, and Empowerment through Anatomy, Movement, Touch, and Voice (2025 Fall Series)
Breathing is an inner dance that underlies all outer movement. As we move through space, our breath naturally shifts; as we feel and sense our breath, our movement transforms. Breathing patterns emerge over a lifetime. When we bring conscious awareness to breathing, we open a pathway for sensing, feeling, and releasing the unconscious holdings that may limit us. In this way, breathing becomes not just a physiological act, but a living dialogue between body, mind, spirit, and environment—one that supports presence, ease, and expression.
BONNIE'S BOOKS
Sensing, Feeling, and Action: The Experiential Anatomy of Body-Mind Centering®
This exciting book explores Bonnie's innovative approach to how mind expresses itself through the body in movement. It contains essays, interviews and exercises covering a broad range of topics.
Basic Neurocellular Patterns: Exploring Developmental Movement
In this book, each of the Basic Neurocellular Patterns is viewed from the standpoint of normal development. They can be applied to anyone at any age of life to analyze areas of movement efficiency/inefficiency and to improve one’s movement proficiency. If any pattern becomes overly dominant, it may prevent other patterns from emerging. By exploring all the patterns, weakened patterns can be strengthened and dominant patterns modified. This will allow the overly dominant pattern to integrate into the total matrix of development, thereby allowing more mature behavior to emerge.
