ATTENDING LIVE CLASSES
These classes are hosted through Zoom in a webinar format. We will send you a personal link to join the class about 24 hours and 2 hours before each class begins. Each class will have a different link.
We simultaneously broadcast the class on YouTube Live. If you have any issues in Zoom, or do not like to use Zoom, you can attend the class on YouTube Live. We will include the YouTube Live link when we send you the Zoom link.
Classes are held in a webinar format which means only Bonnie and her team's audio and webcams will be enabled. Although we (and other participants) won't be able to see or hear you, we love the communal engagement that happens through the chat.
There is now an option to turn on automated captions in many languages in Zoom during the live classes.
Automated caption translation can be enabled through the following steps:
- Click on the CC Show captions icon to enable captions
- Click on the upward arrow next to the CC icon
- Enable Translation
- Select the translation language
We recommend you wear comfortable clothing. Bonnie often sits on a ball while teaching. A ball is not necessary for class – you can participate anywhere, in any position, in stillness, in movement, in silence, with sound and vocalization.
Pay attention to what your needs are. Modulate your energy, attention, and focus to what you are needing in each moment.
CHAT AND COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
The Zoom and YouTube Live chats will be enabled for the 2025 Fall Series live classes.
The chat is a social place for public discussion of the material Bonnie presents.
Please treat discussions with the same respect you would if you were having them face-to-face. The chat and other spaces related to this Series are shared community resources. In abiding by the following guidelines, we can all work together to keep this a safe space for everyone no matter their race, creed, religion, age, ability, gender, political affiliations, or nationality.
- The chat is a place for you to share with Bonnie and other participants your experience with the material being presented in class.
- Advertising or promoting your classes, events, services, websites, books, videos, etc. in the chat is not permitted.
- We are a community of learners with a common interest in the body-mind relationship through movement, touch, and consciousness – please keep comments and discussions supportive and focused on helping each other in these explorations.
- It is not a forum for political, social, or religious issues.
- This space is a sanctuary for all participants. Please treat everyone with respect.
Participants who are unable to stay within these guidelines will be removed from the live class. They will still be able to access the classes through the recordings.
Reading the full Zoom and YouTube Live chats after the class is over — reading about your experience of the material during class, your questions, comments, etc. — allows Bonnie to connect with participants and better prepare for the next class. It also brings her great joy!
The chat is a space for sharing your experiences, thoughts, and questions about the material Bonnie is presenting. Thank you for respecting and following our community guidelines to collectively keep it a safe space for everyone.
We encourage you to communicate respectfully with Bonnie and each other through the chat. As we aren’t able to be with each other in person, it’s a wonderful way to connect with each other in class if you want to.
The Zoom chat will be made available to participants of Bonnie's 2025 Fall Series as downloadable documents.

RECOMMENDED BOOKS, COURSES, AND RESEARCH WEBSITES
COURSES
Embodied Anatomy and the Dynamics of Breathing
This course presents unique and effective Body-Mind Centering® principles for working with the breath. Your state of being is manifested through your breathing. Bringing kinesthetic awareness to the structures of your breathing allows you to better embody, articulate and balance them. This process opens pathways of expression between your unconscious and conscious mind and between yourself and others.
Embodied Anatomy and the Dynamics of Vocalization
This course presents unique and effective Body-Mind Centering® principles for working with your voice. The expressive qualities of our voice communicate to others who we are. Bringing kinesthetic and auditory awareness to our vocal structures allows us to better embody, articulate and balance them. This process opens pathways of expression between our unconscious and conscious mind and between ourselves and others.
Embodiment and Expression for Musicians and Singers
This course presents selected Body-Mind Centering® principles of embodied anatomy and their relationship to movement and music making/singing for creative expression.
The Mechanics of Vocal Expression
This book is an introduction to some of the basic structures and principles of the vocal mechanism. When embodied, these principles offer an exciting and dynamic process for unfolding our physical voice to express what we experience, feel, think and cherish. The book includes exercises and suggestions for how we can deepen our awareness of them.
Embodying the Embryological Foundations of Movement
Using movement and touch, this course is an experiential and cognitive journey exploring the sequences through which primal tissues transform into the mature body.
Understanding and working with these early processes and relationships opens up new and deeper ways of addressing health and vitality, chronic and acute pain, mobility and ease of movement, and other expressions or qualities of our physical and psychophysical being.
Exploring the Embodiment of Cellular Consciousness through Movement (2020 Summer Series)
Cellular consciousness is a state in which all cells have equal opportunity for expression, receptivity, and cooperation. Attuning ourselves to our cellular consciousness brings us to a place in which we can find the ground from which flows the intricate manifestations of our physical, psychological and spiritual being.
Embodying Authenticity, Organicity, and Expression: Organs and Glands as a Foundation for Movement, Touch, and Voice
Our psychophysical geography (anatomy) and history (embryological development) help us discover where we are in this body and how we got here. Exploring organs and glands through embodied movement, touch, and voice opens a path to an inner feeling of authenticity, three-dimensional presence, and organic movement.
In this course, we explore opening awareness to the physical and expressive foundation of organs and glands. Explorations also draw from other body systems, from embryological development, and from applications to movement, touch, voice, and consciousness.
