In exploring the embodiment of the endocrine glands, I have found that the pancreas and adrenals create whole-body crystalline forms of movement.
So many of us have been instructed to lift our sternums to achieve a form or posture, which is a mechanical action that can tighten our spine, ribs, sternum, and shoulders.
The position of the upper limbs doesn't matter as long as there is awareness of the center and the capitate.
This exploration can be helpful for anyone with pain or discomfort in their hands, wrists, forearms, or shoulders.
How can freeing your ribs from your spine and having awareness of the movement of your xiphoid process change the quality and ease of your movement?
