ATTENDING THE LIVE CLASS
This class will be hosted on Zoom in a webinar format. We will send you a personal link to join the class about 24 hours and 2 hours before the class begins.
We simultaneously broadcast the class on YouTube Live. If you have any issues in Zoom, or do not like to use Zoom, you can attend the class on YouTube Live. We will include the YouTube Live link when we send you the Zoom link.
The class will be held in a webinar format which means only Bonnie and her team's audio and webcams will be enabled. Although we (and other participants) won't be able to see or hear you, we love the communal engagement that happens through the chat.
There is now an option to turn on automated captions in many languages in Zoom during the live class.
Automated caption translation can be enabled through the following steps:
- Click on the CC Show captions icon to enable captions
- Click on the upward arrow next to the CC icon
- Enable Translation
- Select the translation language
We recommend you wear comfortable clothing. Bonnie often sits on a ball while teaching. A ball is not necessary for class — you can participate anywhere, in any position, in stillness, in movement, in silence, with sound and vocalization.
Pay attention to what your needs are. Modulate your energy, attention, and focus to what you are needing in each moment.
CHAT AND COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
The Zoom and YouTube Live chats will be enabled for the live class.
The chat is a social place for public discussion of the material Bonnie presents.
Please treat discussions with the same respect you would if you were having them face-to-face. The chat and other spaces related to this class are shared community resources.
In abiding by the following guidelines, we can all work together to keep this a safe space for everyone no matter their race, creed, religion, age, ability, gender, political affiliations, or nationality.
- The chat is a place for you to share with Bonnie and other participants your experience with the material being presented in class.
- Advertising or promoting your classes, events, services, websites, books, videos, etc. in the chat is not permitted.
- We are a community of learners with a common interest in the body-mind relationship through movement, touch, and consciousness – please keep comments and discussions supportive and focused on helping each other in these explorations.
- It is not a forum for political, social, or religious issues.
- This space is a sanctuary for all participants. Please treat everyone with respect.
Participants who are unable to stay within these guidelines will be removed from the live class. They will still be able to access the classes through the recordings.
Reading the full Zoom and YouTube Live chats after the class is over — reading about your experience of the material during class, your questions, comments, etc. — allows Bonnie to connect with participants and better prepare for the next class. It also brings her great joy!
The chat is a space for sharing your experiences, thoughts, and questions about the material Bonnie is presenting. Thank you for respecting and following our community guidelines to collectively keep it a safe space for everyone.
We encourage you to communicate respectfully with Bonnie and each other through the chat. As we aren’t able to be with each other in person, it’s a wonderful way to connect with each other in class if you want to.
The Zoom chat will be made available to participants as downloadable documents.

RECOMMENDED COURSES AND BOOKS
COURSES
Balancing the Two Sides of the Body: Embodying Integral Pelvic, Spinal, and Brain Connections through Movement, Touch, and Consciousness
Explore how embodying the connections among the pelvis, lower spine, and brain can bring greater balance, strength, and ease. Through movement, touch, and a multi-systems approach to anatomy, embryological development, and the nervous system, we work to release restrictions, improve connectivity throughout the body, and explore how condensing fat cells can release stored energy, tone muscles, and bring a sense of lightness and fluidity. Cellular consciousness guides our explorations of the body, movement, and mind.
Embodied Anatomy and the Fluid system
Explore how the body’s fluids support presence, transformation, communication, and the flow between rest and activity. Through movement, touch, and consciousness, we embody the fluids and their relationships to movement, voice, and states of mind. These explorations offer Body-Mind Centering® principles for developing greater ease, flexibility, and strength, with applications in yoga, dance, bodywork, somatic psychology, and other somatic movement practices.
Embodying Cellular Consciousness through Touch and Movement
This course explores cellular consciousness and how bringing awareness to our cells awakens their innate capacity for knowing, choice, expression, and communication. Through touch, movement, and the study of embryological development, form and flow, cardiovascular circulation, and the relationship between the heart, lungs, and nervous system, we deepen our understanding of the body’s cellular processes. By integrating nervous system learning with intuitive, internal experience, we can develop a greater sense of ease, comfort, and connection with ourselves.
Sensing, Feeling, and Action: The Experiential Anatomy of Body-Mind Centering®
This exciting book explores Bonnie's innovative approach to how mind expresses itself through the body in movement. It contains essays, interviews and exercises covering a broad range of topics.
