Below is a list of recommended places to start based on interest to offer guidance on where to begin. At the same time, all of Bonnie’s courses and books have numerous applications, and you can start with any of them if the topic is of interest to you.

    SENSING, FEELING, AND ACTION
If you’re new to Bonnie’s work and Body-Mind Centering®, a great place to start is with her first book, Sensing, Feeling, and Action. It’s a collection of her essays, interviews, and articles, and covers the wide scope of her work and its many applications, including her article on An Introduction to Body-Mind Centering®.

    YOGA
All of Bonnie’s Embodied Anatomy Series courses are directly applied to yoga. You can start with any course in this series – no course is more advanced than others.
