Below is a list of recommended starting points based on your interests. These suggestions can help guide your choice, but all of Bonnie’s courses and books are versatile with a wide range of applications — so feel free to begin with anything that resonates with you.

If you’re new to Bonnie’s work and Body-Mind Centering®, a great place to start is with her first book, Sensing, Feeling, and Action. It’s a collection of her essays, interviews, and articles, and covers the wide scope of her work and its many applications, including her article on An Introduction to Body-Mind Centering®. |
YOGA
All of Bonnie’s Embodied Anatomy Series courses are directly applied to yoga. You can start with any course in this series – no course is more advanced than others. Many people with a yoga background find it helpful to start with the three courses on the skeletal system, as the skeletal system provides us with our basic supporting structure:
BODYWORK, TOUCH, AND MASSAGE
These two courses are a great place to start for those who do hands-on work or incorporate touch in their practice.
