How do I register for this class?
Registration opens October _____. You will be able to register here.
Are there any prerequisites for taking this class?
There are no prerequisites for taking this class. Participants should have some experience with movement practices, somatic approaches, or psychophysical disciplines. Experience with the Body-Mind Centering® approach can be helpful but is not necessary.
Will this class be recorded?
The class will be recorded and participants will have unlimited access to the recording through online streaming on our website. You will be able to watch it whenever you want and as many times as you want.
I am not able to attend Bonnie’s live class. Can I still register and participate through watching the class recording?
Yes, you can still register and participate through the class video recording. We have a number of participants around the world who are not able to attend the live class due to time differences and scheduling conflicts.
How do I access the class recording and documents?

The video recording will be below the class documents.
Can I register for the class for myself and a friend at the same time?
No. Each participant must register individually.
I think I registered but I'm not sure if my registration went through. How can I tell if I'm registered?
You will receive a confirmation email after you complete the registration process. If the confirmation email is not in your inbox, please check your Spam folder and/or Gmail Promotions folder.
Please carefully check that your email address is correct when you checkout so that you will receive the email confirmation after you complete registration.
Your order will be in your order history in your website account. You can check your order history by signing into your account here. If you don't see the order in your order history, your registration was not completed and you will need to register for the class.
How do I join the class after I register?
This class will be hosted on Zoom in a webinar format. We will send you a personal link to join the class about 24 hours and 2 hours before the class begins.
What is the date, time, and tuition for this class?
Date: This class will be held on December 3, 2026
Time: 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM, California time. You can convert this to your local time here.
Tuition: $50

- 90 minute live class

Yes! We would like everyone to be able to attend this class, regardless of financial situation.

Will I get a refund if I withdraw from the class?
Withdrawals made prior to the class will be refunded in full minus a $35 fee to cover the costs of processing your payment and registration. There are no refunds for withdrawing after the first class takes place.
