In this session we will explore patterns of movement that underlie ease and offer a sense of freedom and wellbeing. Compensatory patterns of movement that cause and express discomfort and stress can give way as we explore internal movement with awareness as a foundation for external movement through space, allowing us to engage with movement and consciousness from a deep and open cellular perspective
Bonnie will share insights and principles drawn from her 50 years of pioneering work in an embodied approach to anatomy, developmental movement, embryological development, and psychophysical integration. In each class, cellular consciousness guides our explorations.
